  18. Disk space and without a Backup Tape Drive. QRFM
  19. will allow you to run a board with a large
  20. complement of offline files. QRFM uses a data base
  21. to manage file info and treats Offline files and
  22. Online files with equal importance. Any board that
  23. uses Files.bbs to record file descriptions should
  24. be able to use QRFM. QRFM was written in Turbo
  25. Pascal Version 7.0 and uses Turbo Vision for it's
  26. user interface.

  29. Qrfm Features:

  31. a) Move files from the Upload area to a DownLoad area, between
  32.    DownLoad areas and between Download areas and BackUp flopies.
  33. b) Edit File Description, Name or Date. The description editor
  34.    allows the use of 240 character descriptions.
  35. c) Check/View/Alter the contents of an Archive,
  36.    (Shells to your Archive programs then your File Manager)
